The standard and student registration fee includes:
• One abstract publication on Conference Proceedings.
• Conference materials
• Lunch and supper on Aug. 2nd and 3rd
• One day group tour (insurance and lunch included)

PLEASE NOTE that the standard and student registration fee are quoted in US dollars and the registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Optional tour costs
• Publishing papers in journals

2. Group Tour
Conferencing in Hangzhou affords ICBEB 2016 participants a wonderful opportunity to extend their stay and discover just why China is one of the most popular tourist destinations worldwide.
Deadline for group tour registration: 5pm, August 2nd
Tour Card will be provided on registration desk once your information (full name, date of birth and passport NO.) is completed.
Please take care of the tour card as it is the only access to the group tour.

3. Confirmation
Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within seven (7) days after receiving your payment.

4. Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
Cancellations 50 days prior to the start of the conference will receive a full refund;
Cancellations between 49 and 3 days prior to the start of the conference will be refunded 50% of fees;
No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 3 days of the start of the conference.
